Refund & Reprint Policy
If you receive a damaged product or encounter a manufacturing error, we offer a free reprint or refund. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order, and follow the guidelines below to help us process your request promptly:
📝 What to Send
Please include clear photos (or videos where applicable) based on the issue:

Print Quality Issue
A photo of the product laid flat where the full design and issue are clearly visible in one frame. -
Print Placement Issue
A photo of the product laid flat with a ruler or measuring tape showing the incorrect placement.
Note: DTG, DTF, and AOP items have a placement tolerance of ±0.5". -
Wrong Print Area
A photo showing both sides of the item, folded in a way that clearly displays the incorrect print location. -
Wrong Product Received
A photo of the item you received, with the size tag clearly visible. -
Incorrect Product Details (size, brand, color, quality)
A photo showing the design and issue (e.g., incorrect tag or sizing) clearly in one frame. -
Sizing Issue (Manufacturer Defect)
A photo of the product being measured on a flat surface according to our size chart, where both the print and the measurement are visible.
Note: Tolerance is ±1” for most adult garments and ±0.5” for baby clothing. -
Electronic Device Defect
A video or photo clearly showing the defect, along with any troubleshooting steps being attempted. -
Shipping Damage
A photo or video showing the damaged product, packaging, and printed design — all clearly visible.
If multiple products with the same design are affected, please include an additional photo or video where all affected items are shown together in one frame.
